Will it arrive before my wedding?
In-stock orders are dispatched from Perth by the next business day, excluding WA public holidays. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on your postcode. If your date is close, ask us before ordering. Read the shipping policy.
What if it isn’t right for me?
Email hello@lovedbyella.com.au within 14 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return, before posting your item. Once approved, post it within 7 days. Conditions and exclusions apply; return postage is at your cost. Read the full returns policy.
