Refund policy

We totally understand that picking your size can be hard. If there’s an issue, email us straight away! We’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. If we decide that you need to return an item, simply post it back to us within 3 days of receiving it. Please attach a note or send us an email with the reason for return and whether a refund or exchange is preferred.

The item must be in the original box and in perfect condition. Return shipping fees and sales items are non refundable. We pride ourselves in checking every single item shipped! If, however, the item is faulty in some way, please contact us immediately by email so we can help you.
